A case study on the Iowa Department of Human Services website project that launched in June 2014 using Drupal 7. The new website combines seven Iowa DHS agencies old websites, into a single website, and includes a variety of features and modules including: Google Maps, Revisions, Mini Panels, Multi-Column Menus, Responsive Design, Calendars, Accessibility / 508 Compliance, etc.
The presentation will cover the process of building the site, challenges behind building a government website, individual features the site contains, and takeaways on having a successful enterprise level build.
